Began Preaching in 1987. (22 yrs of Ministry) Was ordained by Bishop Paul Adams in 1989. Became Assistant Pastor of The Lighthouse Christian Assembly in 1991. Became Pastor in 1992. (17 Year Anniversary @ LCA) (6 Year Anniversary @ JWT) Went fulltime in the Ministry on January 17, 1993. (16 Years of Full Time ministry)
After coming to a service with Bishop Paul Adams, God used him to Prophesy over my life Psalms 23 - God was claiming me as one of His Sheep. That night God set me free from the Power of drugs and alcohol and soon began teaching Adult Sunday School. A short time afterward, as I had just went to bed one night, I was baptized with the Liquid Fire of the Holy Ghost. This happened 3 consecutive nights. On the third night, a Voice Spoke to me and said “I have called you to Preach my Gospel and my NAME is JESUS”. My heart was overwhelmed and I began to weep. In 1989, In Jesus Way Temple, Washington D.C., with a packed church building, Bishop Paul E. Adams laid his hand on me and Ordained me into the Ministry. Our Overseer, who was then Evangelist Helen Adams, trained me and taught me thru the preaching of the Word how to deny the Flesh and Walk with God! I Met another Man of God in the late 80’s. His name was Prophet H. Richard Hall. I began to seek God in prayer and fasting for the Gift and the Anointing Prophet Hall had. In October of 1991, Prophet Hall cast his mantle upon me, and the Spirit of Prophecy began to speak through him. Jesus said “I have given you the same anointing as my servant Homer Richard Hall, for thus have I ordained thee.” It was at this time the Supernatural Works of the Lord Jesus began to manifest in a mighty way. The Word of Knowledge and the Gifts of Healing and Prophecy began to flow mightily. As I have continued to seek God from the day I began to preach till now, I have witnessed - Salvation, Healing, and many Miracles from God. Just as Jesus said, “These signs shall follow them that believe.” (Mark 16:17) In the year of 1996, I again was in a revival meeting with Prophet H. Richard Hall, midway through the service he calls me out and I began to walk with him to the front of the Church. He took the Anointing Oil, poured it over my head, and said, “After I am Gone, you will have a double portion of my Spirit.” Only a short time after, perhaps 2 years later at the Tazewell Church, Bishop Adams said God told him to put his mantle on 7 others. In that service he cast his mantle upon me, Kenneth J. Eller, Pastor Deborah Blythe, and Pastor Neal McCall. In 2002, God took Bishop Paul E. Adams to Heaven. By the end of 2003, I became Pastor of Jesus Way Temple, Washington, DC. In November of 2004, I was in the Philippines on a Mission trip where I met my lovely wife, Pastor Maritess R. Eller. She had been the Assistant Pastor of Victory Temple in Bohol, Philippines since 1991. After many months of red tape, God intervened and brought Pastor Maritess to the United States in February 2006, and on February 18, 2006, God United Us in Holy Matrimony. God has completed my life and has given me great honor and great joy to have her as my wife and Co-worker in the Gospel of Jesus our Lord. In the years of 2005 and 2006 I received several Prophecies that I was to be a Bishop. In the fall of 2006 at the Washington Church, God spoke to me to take the Title of Bishop. God had already told Overseer Adams the same thing, before He did me. During Consecration services, December 2006, our Overseer Pastor Helen Adams and the Elders of Jesus Way Ministry in Spindale ordained me to be a Bishop. I am now Pastoring two churches: Jesus Way Lighthouse Christian Assembly, (which I Founded) Churchville, Maryland and Jesus Way Temple Christian Church, Washington DC. I am proud of the saints in both churches that have stood with me through all the rough and hard places of my ministry. The Gospel of Jesus Christ and His grace has carried me to Trinidad, Mexico, Haiti, the Philippines, and through much of the United States. For all these years He has carried me on the evangelistic field - preaching in Gospel tents, Campmeetings, Crusades, and Churches.
I am also proud to have my two daughters which love the Lord: Sara K. Eller and Rachel N. Eller. May God continue to bless us to carry Jesus Name and his Good News of Salvation, Healing, and Deliverance to the multitudes.
